Interlude
Tamar hue brow Like porcupine Dark with Judgments veil Beneath its shimmer Wild white dust From the slightest Brush, the flesh Sinks in to meet An abnormal bit Of space— Living genesis For what’s to taste For what’s at stake I await for sweetness Sake, but a tang Of bitterness lands Sour across my face But its bittersweet Intrigues and I Begin to call at my Sugar filled field As the after party’s Sly timber— Living ambrosia For what's to sliver Tamar once again Smile for liminal sake Arles heeds the seeds righteous ache The love of one begs A cheery late At the base of my spine Past the unaligned hour Please, provide an eerie taste From temptations test Meets the sweet tamarind The sour switched nerve Served my bitter muse Be wary. Be wary.

Love this poem so much, I felt a shiver up my spine as I read “righteous ache
The love of one begs
A cheery late
At the base of my spine
Past the unaligned hour”
Beautifully written, so much emotion and tension.
Beautiful!!
