Oral Tradition
Free Verse
Tradition is back
From a twist of the spine
A movement that leaves half a skeleton
The other is broken and gone
Shared words are seldom written down
For records live in tweet, tweet, tweets
We love media communication
But does it hold my secrets?
Every clip, flash, and recording—ready to be exposed
Criticism > Creativity
1984, Fahrenheit 451—too much work
No fire needed, no burn, no executions
Integrity online
Whatever I want offline
Sensitivity in the middle with unhealthy minds
Nostalgia keeps me, yet the present precedes me
In search for the pieces of lost spine
Consumer turned product turned consumer
And writers? Stop writing
A useless endeavor
Allow our feelings and ideas to breeze through the air
As we sit around the campfire
